These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the general terms under which Finn Freight Works, based at Nuolitie 20, 01740 Vantaa, Finland, provides freight and logistics services. Specific shipments are additionally governed by the individual quotation, booking confirmation and any applicable carrier or customs terms relevant to that shipment.
This website is provided for the purpose of informing visitors about our services and enabling enquiries and quotation requests. Content on this website is provided in good faith but does not constitute a binding quotation until confirmed in writing.
Quotations provided by Finn Freight Works are based on the cargo and service details supplied by the client at the time of enquiry. Final pricing and service confirmation are subject to verification of cargo details, applicable customs duties, carrier surcharges, seasonal conditions and route conditions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo, documentation and contact information. Finn Freight Works is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Liability for loss or damage to cargo during transport, storage or handling is governed by the applicable international and Finnish transport regulations relevant to the mode of transport used, including, where applicable, sea, road and customs regulations.
Certain services, including ocean transport, road haulage and customs procedures, may be carried out in coordination with third-party carriers, terminal operators or customs authorities. Finn Freight Works coordinates these services on behalf of the client but is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
